Graduating from Deakin University in Geelong with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting, Computing, and Law), I began my career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells as an accountant in their Small Business Computing Services Division. In1985, having a computer in the office was a forward-thinking move, but I soon realized that the highly ambitious corporate environment wasn’t the right fit for me.
In1989, I founded Acacia Consulting Services with a vision to create a truly customer-focused consulting business, dedicated to helping business owners implement efficient and effective business systems.
My passion lies in empowering fellow business owners to build successful, streamlined, and rewarding enterprises. I have a deep curiosity about how businesses operate and how they can be improved. I consider it a privilege when business owners trust me to understand their challenges and aspirations.
Often, the key to overcoming these challenges is the implementation of the right IT systems, and I leverage a diverse range of solutions to support businesses in manufacturing, services, import and distribution.
Over the years, Acacia has supported over 500 businesses, and our commitment to Customer Excellence was recently recognized with a nomination for National Customer Service Excellence award.
