Trevor Pedwell

Trevor is a fitter and turner by trade with over 29 years’ experience in the Australian manufacturing industry. From apprenticeship through production and procurement though to business management. Developing and supplying products/equipment to Australian manufacturers, Brand marketers, government departments, range of Australian and International businesses.

Operational management experience in the custom and project based manufacturing industry, managing supply chains to larger multi-national manufactures and clients.

Sales management and business development background in the manufacturing, construction, waste, aviation/defence, logistics, equipment hire, and brand marketing industries.

Strategic key account management in the waste, facilities management, property-markets and brand marketing sectors.

Dee Bourchier

Head of Transmission Products, Advertising and Marketing

Dee’s career started in Hospitality, later shifting to the Fire & Building Products industry.

Raised in the family business of Amiga Engineering, Dee has been surrounded by the skill and knowledge base of the Manufacturing industry.

Joined Amiga as the Technical Sales for Transmission Products in 2013, Dee was able to use her learnt talents and grow within the business to become the Head of Transmission Products.

Growing up around the business and being part of the different stages of growth within Amiga, Dee is completely across all areas and segments of the company; creating a deeper understanding to promote and represent Amiga in its entirety.

In 2018 she was one of the top finalist nominees for the Victorian Achievement Award, and Telstra Women’s Business Awards.

Dee has a design and arts background from previous studies and has been involved with the Advertising and Marketing of Amiga. She is now in the natural progression of transferring her role full time towards Marketing and Network Advertisement.

Dee is a key part of Amiga Engineering’s future.
